We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
We do not promise to refund the money in case requested time could not be maintained and delivery happens on requested date. We will refund the amount only on the Time delivery charges if so you have paid Extra.
Order cannot be cancelled/refund in case of such situation having not our fault in those circumstances.
Delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address without extra charges. We will attempt delivery of the items only once. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery may be possible.
In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
In case a customer wants to cancel an order he needs to do it atleast 24 Hours before the date of delivery or the date of shipment. However in all such cases 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card and other processing expenses.
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in our retail boutique or via our online portal.
VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our 0UTLETS. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at ajanthabakers.com for local.
