Special care is taken to achieve consistent baking for all the products round the year with the state-of-the-art ovens imported from Spain & Denmark, to ensure the baking process is controlled digitally with pre-loaded program to attain a stable production.
Lab: We maintain an in-house lab to certify the quality of raw materials with the set standards to achieve precise results.
Own Premixes: A Ribbon blender is installed in the lab to ensure that all micro ingredients are also thoroughly mixed in a premix for Bread or Cake variety. The shop floor has to add only the bulk agent and water to the premix, so that nothing is left behind, which leads to zero failure of products with proper track record.
Technology: The bakery has a software developed by the second generation which tracks revenue, inventory, materials and manpower. This Management Information System (MIS) gives the management full control required and also helps in understanding the changing customer habits and the demand for change of products in line with the market..
